Catalyst performance evaluation

We use different catalyst suppliers to evaluate the performance of our catalysts and the results are not always different. What criteria your company uses to evaluate the catalysts and replace them particularly on the Primary and LTS?

One should look at performance guarantees the vendors would offer, in addition to on-going technical technical support they could provide and of course costs.
